At Limitless Health Potentials, Dr. Kathryn Shafer provides Yoga Therapy, private psychodynamic psychotherapy, career coaching, and designs individualized wellness programs (mind, diet, and exercise) to transform the "dis-ease" in life. For 25 years, Dr. Shafer’s training in mental health, addiction, and Yoga Therapy integrates methods to provide immediate shifts in thinking, and relief from emotional and physical pain.
